making a cup type air cap, and the original inspection plate thin to 6 mm thick, the cup

type air cap welding on the plate, air hole diameter of 6 mm are achieved for ventilation,

pressure, and gas from an oil, do not open the inspection plate. Reduces the chance of oil

leak.
2, flow: to be gear thrown on the bearing, the excess lubricating oil is not

accumulated in the shaft seal, we must make the excess lubricating oil flow along a certain

direction back to the oil pool, that is, smooth flow. The specific approach is to open a

return tank inclined to the machine in the bearing seat under the tile center, but also a

gap in the end cover straight mouth, the gap is on the oil return tank, so that the excess

oil return tank through the gap, the oil flows back to the pool.
3, improve the shaft seal structure
1) the output shaft is half shaft reducer shaft seal improvement: belt conveyor,

screw unloading machine, impeller feeding machine, most of the gear reducer output shaft is

half axle, the transformation is more convenient. Dismantle the reducer, remove the

coupling and take out the shaft seal end cover of the reducer. According to the size of the

skeleton oil seal, install the frame oil seal on the outer side of the original end cover,

and take the side of the spring to the inside. Back loaded, if the end cap from the

coupling of the inner end of more than 35 mm, can the outside cover at the end of the shaft

is provided with a spare oil seal oil seal failure, once damaged, you can remove the seal,

the spare seal into the end cover, thereby eliminating the need for speed reducer, coupling

and disintegration time consuming process.
2) output shaft for the whole shaft reducer shaft seal improvement: the shaft drive reducer output shaft without couplings, if in accordance with the 2.3.1 program transformation, too much work is not realistic. In order to reduce the workload and simplify the installation procedure, a split end cap was designed and an

open seal was attempted. Can split the end cap turning groove, the first spring loaded oil

4, using new sealing materials: for the reducer static

sealing point leakage, new polymer repair material can be used for blocking. If the static

seal point of the gear reducer is leaking, the oil surface emergency repair agent of the

surface engineering adhesive polymer 25551 and 90T composite repair material can be used to

block the oil leakage so as to eliminate the oil leakage.
5, earnestly implement the maintenance process in reducer overhaul, to seriously implement the procedure, the oil seal can be not reversed, not to damage the outer lip, not deformation, spring can not fall off,

clean up the surface, sealant evenly, gas amount can not exceed the scale of oil.
6, wipe:static seal point control reducer, generally can be reached without leakage, but the

dynamic seal seal due to aging, poor quality, improper assembly, shaft surface roughness

and other reasons, makes a move still has small seal leakage, due to the bad working

environment, coal dust adhered to the shaft. Is a need in the greasy, so the equipment

stops running, wipe the oil on the shaft.
